These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Shinyu.ai. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you don't agree with these terms, you cannot use Shinyu.ai.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our service. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.

By using Shinyu.ai, you confirm that:

• You meet the age requirement
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful
• You'll follow these terms and applicable laws
• You're not banned from using our service

To use most features, you'll need to create an account. You're responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure
• All activities that happen under your account
• Keeping your account information up to date
• Telling us immediately if someone uses your account without permission

We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or seem fraudulent.

Shinyu.ai is an AI-powered study platform. We help you create notes, flashcards, quizzes, and other study materials from your documents, videos, and audio files.

When using our service, you agree NOT to:

• Break any laws or regulations
• Upload content that belongs to someone else (unless you have permission)
• Try to hack or break into our systems
• Use bots or automated tools without our permission
• Share or resell our service without authorization
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users or our team

You own all the content you upload to Shinyu.ai. By uploading content, you give us permission to process it to provide our service (like generating study materials).

You promise that:

• You own or have the right to use all content you upload
• Your content doesn't violate anyone else's rights
• Your content follows all applicable laws

Our platform, features, and design are owned by Shinyu.ai and protected by intellectual property laws.

Shinyu.ai offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically unless you cancel.

Payment: When you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees. Payments are made in advance and are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

Price Changes: We may change our prices. We'll give you at least 30 days notice before any price increase. If you continue using the service after the price change, you accept the new price.

Canceling: You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Our service uses AI to generate study materials. While we try to be accurate, AI can make mistakes.

You understand that:

• AI-generated content is a study aid, not a replacement for learning
• You need to review and verify the content yourself
• We can't guarantee that AI content is always accurate or complete
• We're not responsible if you rely on incorrect AI-generated content

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information. By using Shinyu.ai, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHINYU.AI IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES THAT RESULT FROM USING (OR NOT BEING ABLE TO USE) OUR SERVICE.

If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue occurred. If you haven't paid us anything, we're not liable for damages.

WE PROVIDE SHINYU.AI "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. WE DON'T GUARANTEE THAT OUR SERVICE WILL:

• Always be available or work perfectly
• Be free from errors or bugs
• Be secure from all potential threats
• Meet all your specific needs

We work hard to provide a great service, but we can't guarantee perfection.

You can delete your account anytime from your settings. We can also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for other legitimate reasons.

When your account is closed, you'll lose access to your study materials. We'll try to let you export your data before deletion when possible, but we're not required to keep your data after your account is closed.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the service.

If you continue using Shinyu.ai after we update the terms, it means you accept the changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
