I spoke fluently and countered all the arguments flawlessly. When the judges announced my name as the winner, my parents and teachers erupted in applause. My father hugged me, and I could see tears of pride in his eyes. It made all my late-night preparations totally worth it.
I am so happy and tired now. I am going to sleep with a big smile on my face.
