2. Do not use complete sentences; use short phrases and commas to save words.
3. The heading should be in BLOCK LETTERS (e.g., SITUATION VACANT, FOR SALE, TO LET).
4. Word limit: 50 words.
5. Always provide contact details (Name, phone number/email) at the end.
